Anyone in need of food and living in Burlington is eligible to use the food bank.  In order to limit contact and protect you, our volunteers and our staff we operate using a delivery method to ensure we get food to you.  To receive food please email info@burlingtonfoodbank.ca or call 905-637-2273 When you contact us, please leave your name, phone number and address.  We will then contact you to ensure we get you both non-perishable and fresh/frozen items such as milk, eggs, bread, fruit, vegetables and meat. And just look at the variety of food support you can receive once every three weeks, including 7-10 days worth of food. For non-perishables we try to offer choices and a variety of food based on Canada’s Food Guide. You will be able to receive items such as rice, pasta, hot and cold cereals, canned fish and meat, soups, crackers, as well as fresh produce. We try our best to help you out when you contact us.

If you are in need or know of someone who could use our help, PLEASE have them email us at info@burlingtonfoodbank.ca or call 905-637-2273 to make arrangements to have food dropped at their door or make arrangements to pick it up through our curb-side pickup option. If you are a resident in Burlington, we are all here to help. Don’t struggle – give us a call
