Leading up to this holiday season we’ve seen the need in Burlington grow at an alarming rate. Over the summer months we saw a 20% increase in the number of people requesting assistance from the Burlington Food Bank. Experts across the country agree that a reversal in the this trend is highly unlikely and we expect to see the number of requests grow even more. We’re looking for Burlington community groups that will rise to meet this challenge head on.
