Unfortunately, we are facing a stay at home emergency order beginning Thursday at 12:00am. So what does this mean to the Burlington Food Bank? NO CHANGES. Last week we let everyone know that we were taking Friday and Monday off for a break and as a result we served 61 families on Thursday! If you are in need or know of someone who could use our help PLEASE have them email us at info@burlingtonfoodbank.ca or call 905-637-2273 to make arrangements to have food dropped at their door or make arrangements to pick it up through our curb-side pickup option. If you are a resident in Burlington, we are all here to help. Don’t struggle – give us a call. We make sure that we have top quality fresh produce ready for you along with milk, eggs, bread, and frozen proteins if we have them. We would like to thank Loblaws for their Spring Food Drive that they ran through the Food Banks Canada campaign.
