As Robin is usually the first one into the Burlington Food Bank each morning he begins his day by wiping down all surfaces with disinfectant wipes. Throughout the day this cleaning continues to make sure we’re doing everything possible to keep our clients food safe and to keep our volunteers as protected as possible. Everyone wears masks and we all wear gloves plus everyone sanitizes at every change of PPE. For clients that are making use of our curbside pickup option we ask that they stay inside their cars and just contact us so we can bring it out to you keeping the whole effort contactless. Its important for us to make sure we’re following all the government safety guidelines set forth by our City and Provincial government. Keeping everyone well fed with nutritious food and at the same time we’re making sure everyone is safe in the process. Stay Home. Stay Safe. Save Lives!

If you are in need or know of someone who could use our help PLEASE have them email us at info@burlingtonfoodbank.ca or call 905-637-2273 to make arrangements to have food dropped at their door or make arrangements to pick it up through our curb-side pickup option. If you live in Burlington, we are here to help. Don’t struggle – give us a call.
