Bring any non perishable item to the gym (Brandon Isaac Fitness – Personal Training & Nutrition at 3466 Mainway – back of building) between now and September 3rd to help support the fitness food drive and also for a chance to win gift certificates from wonderful event sponsors. This group of women and friends/family have been pitching in for the food drive and they’re off to a terrific start already. If you can’t make it to the gym, you can drop off donations at Julie Neal’s home 1437 Reynolds Ave. What an experience – its a lively class and every member of the group is enjoying it.
