John Schunk, Past Director
John Schunk joined the Burlington Food Bank in 2016.
During his time on the Food Bank board he collaborated in a successful writing of an application for funding from the Halton Region. As a result, the Burlington Food Bank secured funds for a new refrigerator truck. He was also involved in fund-raising for our annual charity, “ The Ride To Provide“.
He served on the board in the position of secretary and was involved in the hiring process for new Food Bank personnel.
John will be missed forever!
