Last week we mentioned that the food donations are going out as fast as we get them. Donations are happening through local food drives and through our partnership with FeedOntario and Food Banks Canada. As the number of families asking for support rise, so has the amount of food donated through our Burlington community. In speaking with the Salvation Army this morning, they are having a similar experience and along with us want to say thank you for your generosity and continued support. The Burlington Food Bank is delighted to receive Volunteer Gratitude Boxes for our dedicated volunteers from Innofoods. They have partnered with us to provide Volunteer Gratitude Boxes and a food donation for our community. #coconutclusters. We are grateful to be one of the 10 food banks chosen to receive these Gratitude Boxes and a food donation from Innofoods.

If you are in need or know of someone who could use our help PLEASE have them email us at info@burlingtonfoodbank.ca or call 905-637-2273 to make arrangements to have food dropped at their door or make arrangements to pick it up through our curb-side pickup option. If you live in Burlington, we are here to help. Don’t struggle – give us a call.
