We wanted to thank our summer student Samantha Zulian! We hired her at the beginning of July. She was recommended to us by Lesley Fox (one of our board members) as a volunteer and started volunteering for us at the beginning of May. We conducted a few interviews with capable candidates and Samantha rose to the top. She is a student at Laurier University and lives here in Burlington, she is an extremely hard worker, very intelligent, friendly and has stepped up whenever asked. Dominique was away for a couple of weeks and Samantha stepped into her role when asked and did an excellent job. Thanks also to our other summer Student volunteers – everyone stepped up to do a great job!
