With the warmer Spring temperatures approaching its easy to forget about the safety protocols. Parts of Burlington have become hot-spot areas for Covid-19 variants already so we can’t let our guard down yet. Hopefully soon, everyone will be vaccinated and protected so that we can open up a bit more. Our goal is to get clients back into our store so they can return to shop for themselves. One of our volunteers today was letting Robin know that she’s confident we’re being diligent, doing everything we can to keep each other safe and keep the food supply protected. Covid-control has stepped forward to offer their app to our volunteers to make it easier to follow the guidelines and manage contact tracing if needed.

If you are in need or know of someone who could use our help PLEASE have them email us at info@burlingtonfoodbank.ca or call 905-637-2273 to make arrangements to have food dropped at their door or make arrangements to pick it up through our curb-side pickup option. If you are a resident in Burlington, we are all here to help. Don’t struggle – give us a call.
