Tasks, Duties, & Responsibilities
- Unpack donated food
- Categorize and box donated food
- Check quality of product
- Check expiration and best before dates on food products
- Carry boxes to corresponding pallets
- Keep sorting table area clean and tidy
- Follow the direction of our Operations Manager
Health & Safety Requirements
- Closed-toed shoes must be worn at all times
- Safe Food handling practices must be followed at all times
- We are checked annually by Halton Region to ensure that we are following proper food storage and guidelines
